9. Completed Business Plan with expected cashflows/projections with assumptions supporting the projections
10. Past Performance Records (Income Statements, Balance sheets and Cashflow Statements, Receipts, Sales Books etc)
11. 3-6 months Bank Statement (or Ecocash Statements)
12. Quotations for Items to be funded (where applicable)
13. Operating Licenses from Local Authorities
14. Proof of ownership or lease arrangement of place of operation
15. Details of Proposed Collateral: e.g. Shareholder / Director’s guarantees; Title Deeds;
16. Vehicles; Household properties; Business Equipment, Machinery, Livestock, Land & Buildings, Personal Guarantor
